Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • Return Period: 14 days from date of delivery
  • Restocking Fee: No fee
  • Refund Time: Up to 10 business days after approval
  • Return Shipping: Paid by customer

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and your order number so we can assist promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order or custom products
  • Special or personalised orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you are unsure about the eligibility of your item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the item remains unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@workspacedreams.co.za.

Order Cancellations & Change of Mind

All Workspace Dreams orders are carefully processed and prepared specifically for each client.

Once payment has been received and an order is in progress, cancellations, returns, or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer needing the product cannot be accepted.

This does not affect your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Workspace Dreams complies fully with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will assist promptly with repair, replacement, or resolution.
