When is payment due?
Full payment is required before we begin manufacturing.
How do I pay?
Online Orders (via website):
You can pay securely using any of our available payment gateways at checkout (Visa/Mastercard, instant EFT, or other supported online methods).
Quoted Orders / B2B Orders:
For orders processed via quote or invoice (e.g. office fit-outs, bulk purchases), payment can be made via EFT or through the same payment gateways available online.
General Payment Instructions:
Please follow the payment details provided on your invoice.
Do prices include installation?
No. Installation (if required) is quoted separately based on scope and location.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Do you accept returns if I change my mind or choose the wrong size/colour?
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations.
What if my product is defective or not as described?
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We’ll repair, replace, or resolve confirmed manufacturing defects as quickly as possible.
What warranty do your products carry?
A 5-year warranty (unless otherwise specified) covering manufacturing defects under normal office/home-office use (8–9 hrs/day, 5 days/week, max user weight 125 kg unless stated otherwise).
What is not covered by warranty?
Misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications, improper cleaning, and normal wear and tear.
How do I log a warranty/defect claim?

- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
- Order/invoice number
We may inspect the product or request a return for assessment.
Who pays transport for returns/assessments?
Our warranty is Back-to-Base. Transport to our premises/supplier is customer’s responsibility. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, repair/replacement (parts & labour) is covered.
Installation & Access
Do you offer installation?
Yes, where applicable. It’s quoted separately based on the site and scope.
What do I need to prepare for delivery/installation?
Please ensure accurate address, clear access, parking, and that the space is ready. Any special access (security clearances, elevator bookings) should be arranged in advance.
How do I log a warranty/defect claim?

How do I track my order after dispatch?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist promptly.

Yes. We offer space planning and can provide 3D layouts/renders on applicable projects.
Can you coordinate delivery, installation, and phasing?
Yes. We’ll coordinate timelines with your team and building requirements

Yes. We regularly collaborate and can integrate with your project team.

Quotes & Lead Times (Planning Ahead)
How far in advance should I plan?
Allow for manufacturing (10–15 working days) plus shipping (6–12 working days after manufacturing), and factor in the year-end closure (20 Nov–15 Jan).
Can you meet a fixed deadline?
Tell us early, we’ll advise feasibility and plan accordingly.
