When the table doesn't fill the room the way it should, the whole space feels like it's compensating. The Conference Table was built for large South African boardrooms where the table needs to do more than provide a surface. It needs to set the tone.
At up to 500cm long and seating up to 18, this is a purpose-designed XL conference table, not a stretched standard desk. The angled steel legs give it a strong, distinctive silhouette that reads as premium the moment you walk in. Paired with a thick melamine top in one of four colourways, it looks like a decision was made.
The melamine surface handles everything a working conference room throws at it. Years of meetings, laptops, printed decks, coffee. It doesn't chip, flex, or show its age. Adjustable levelling feet keep it perfectly stable on any floor.

The tabletop is made from a thick melamine board, selected for its durability and commercial-grade surface quality. The leg frame is powder-coated steel. Both materials are designed for long-term use in active boardroom and conference room environments.
The Conference Table comes in four sizes: 270 x 150cm (8–10 seater), 380 x 150cm (12–14 seater), 440 x 150cm (14–16 seater), and 500 x 150cm (16–18 seater). All sizes share the same 150cm width, giving the table a generous, professional proportion across every configuration.
There are four colourways: Barrel Oak & Black, Barrel Oak & White, Leander & White, and Marmara Walnut & Folkstone Grey. The first part refers to the tabletop finish and the second to the leg colour, letting you match the table to your existing boardroom or office interior.
Yes. The Conference Table is made to order and production is limited. This means lead times are longer than stock items we recommend placing your order as early as possible, particularly for large office fit-outs or specific completion deadlines. Contact our team to confirm current lead times before ordering.
The 270 x 150 seats 8–10 people, the 380 x 150 seats 12–14, the 440 x 150 seats 14–16, and the 500 x 150 seats 16–18. Allow a minimum of 600mm of table space per person for comfortable seating, and factor in your chosen chair width when planning your room layout.

The Conference Table ships flat-packed and professional installation is quoted separately. Installation services are currently available in Cape Town and Gauteng. For other areas, the table can be assembled with standard tools and assembly instructions are included. If you'd like to include installation in your order, contact us before checkout and we'll arrange a quote.
The Conference Table is the XL option, it seats 8 to 18 people across four larger size options and features a distinctive angled steel leg design. The Boardroom Table seats 6 to 12 and works well in standard meeting rooms and smaller boardrooms. If you're furnishing a large executive conference room or need to seat more than 12 people, the Conference Table is the right choice.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or fault. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging until the matter is fully resolved, as this may be required for the courier claim process.
Returns are accepted subject to our standard returns policy. Because this is a made-to-order product, we strongly recommend confirming your size and colourway selection before purchasing. The table must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a return. Return shipping costs are for the customer's account unless the item was delivered faulty or incorrectly.
Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. As a made-to-order product, cancellations or changes after production has commenced may not be accepted.
