Payment Policy – Workspace Dreams

At Workspace Dreams, we aim to make payments simple, secure, and transparent for both online shoppers and business clients. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods and deposit requirements for all purchases.

1. Payment Methods for Online Orders (B2C)

We accept the following secure payment options at checkout:

• PayJustNow – Interest-free instalment payments.
  
• Ozow – Instant EFT.
  
• PayFast – Debit card, credit card, Instant EFT, and more.
  
• Yoco – Secure card payments and mobile wallet transactions.
  
• Apple Pay – Fast and secure mobile payments through supported devices.
  

All online payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways to protect your personal and financial information.

2. Payment Terms for Business Orders (B2B)

For custom office furniture solutions, bulk orders, or invoice-based purchases:

• 80% Deposit Required
  
  A non-refundable 80% deposit is required before manufacturing and procurement begins.
  
• 20% Balance Before Delivery or Collection
  
  The remaining 20% must be paid in full before the order is dispatched, delivered, or installed.
  
• Accepted B2B Payment Method:
  
  
  EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only.
  
  Banking details are provided on the invoice.
  
  
  

3. Custom & Special-Order Products

For all custom-made or non-standard products (including personalised furniture, colour variations, or non-stock items):

• 100% payment is required upfront before manufacturing starts.
  
• Custom products are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
  

4. Order Processing & Proof of Payment

• Orders will only be processed once the required payment or proof of payment is received.
  
• For EFT payments, please email the proof of payment to william@workspace-dreams.co.za to avoid delays.
  

5. Late or Unpaid Balances

Workspace Dreams reserves the right to pause production, delivery, or installation if payments are not received within agreed timelines. Ownership of all goods remains with Workspace Dreams until full payment is made.

6. Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through trusted, encrypted gateways. Workspace Dreams does not store or have access to your credit card or banking details.
