The Pro Flow can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it's in like-new condition with all original components included. Change of mind returns are accepted — return shipping is R180 (ex VAT) and is covered by the customer. If your chair arrives damaged or faulty, we cover all return costs. The 7-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal daily use — defined as up to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, by a single user within the 125 kg weight limit. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear. To log a warranty claim, email info@workspacedreams.co.za with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
