Honestly really happy with this chair. Been using it for a few weeks now and the lower back support is easily the best part. It actually holds you in the right position without feeling stiff or like it's pushing you forward, which is a problem I've had with other chairs in this price range.
The build quality is also a big standout. Everything feels solid, no wobbly bits, no creaking when you lean back, and the materials feel like they'll actually last. You can tell straight away that it's been put together properly.
Assembly was straightforward, took maybe 20 minutes, and the adjustments are easy to figure out. The armrests, seat height, tilt, all of it works smoothly.
For anyone spending long hours at a desk, this has genuinely made a difference for me. My back feels way better at the end of the day compared to my old chair. Would definitely recommend.

I was scared to order a office chair online but I am really happy with the pro flow, it is way better than my previous chair and I am very comfortable even after sitting the whole day. I was hesitant to order online because I did not want to assemble chair ( i am not that technical ) but the chair come fully assembled 😇

I was working at home after I got my new job and I did not have a dedicated desk and chair. I worked at coffee shops around town but my back started hurting way to much. After buying the pro flow I now dont need to jump from coffee shop to coffee shop and also really enjoy how comfortable the chair is
