Order Tracking Policy – Workspace Dreams
At Workspace Dreams, we are committed to keeping you informed throughout your order journey. While we do not currently offer automated tracking numbers, we provide a personalised and hands-on approach to help you stay updated on your delivery.
1. Order Confirmation & Processing Updates
- Once your order is received and payment is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
- We will update you via email or phone when your order enters production, and again as it progresses.
2. Manual Order Tracking
Our logistics and delivery system does not use automated tracking codes.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Notification
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you via phone and email.
- We will confirm your delivery date, time slot, and delivery address with you before our logistics team is scheduled to deliver.
4. Delivery Instruction Form (Important)
Before delivery, you will receive a Delivery Instruction Form, which must be completed and returned to us.
This form ensures a smooth and successful delivery, especially since our delivery team arrives with a truck and needs clear instructions.
The form includes details such as:
- Delivery address and access instructions
- Contact person on-site
- Floor level and lift access
- Parking and offloading details
- Security clearance if required
⚠️ Please note: Delivery cannot be scheduled until this form is fully completed and returned to us.
