The QuickStand

The QuickStand adjusts manually from 750mm to 1060mm. That range covers a comfortable seated height through to a standing position for most adults, whether you're on the shorter or taller side.

It's a manual system, you lift the desktop to your preferred height and lock it into position by hand. No electricity, no remote, no motor. It takes a matter of seconds once you know your preferred heights.

The worktop is MDF with a blue grey epoxy finish that matches the frame. It's flat, solid, and built to handle daily use without issue.

Both the frame and the top come in a blue grey epoxy finish. It's a neutral, contemporary tone that sits comfortably in most home environments without looking like it belongs in a corporate office.

Yes. The QuickStand sits on castor wheels that lock when you're set up and working, and release whenever you need to reposition it.

The Quickstand will arrive within 5–10 working days.

Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday are processed the same business day, so the clock starts quickly. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

The QuickStand is delivered free of charge throughout South Africa, flat packed and ready for easy assembly.

The QuickStand arrives mostly pre-assembled. You'll just need to complete a few simple steps to finish setup — no tools or technical know-how required.

It's actually one of the best places to start. There's nothing to programme or configure — adjust it to your height and you're ready to go. It makes the habit easy to build without any upfront complexity.

Neither is ideal on its own. The benefit of a sit-stand desk is that it lets you alternate between the two, which is significantly better for your body and your concentration than staying fixed in one position for hours at a time.

An electric desk adjusts at the push of a button and suits people who change height frequently throughout the day. The QuickStand is manual — the right fit if you adjust once or twice a day and don't need to pay for motorisation you won't use.

The QuickStand can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it's in like-new condition with all original components included. Change of mind returns are accepted — return shipping is R180 (ex VAT) and is covered by the customer. If your desk arrives damaged or faulty, we cover all return costs. The 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal daily use — defined as up to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, by a single user within the 125 kg weight limit. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear. To log a warranty claim, email info@workspacedreams.co.za with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at info@workspacedreams.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll arrange collection — return shipping is R180 (ex VAT) for change of mind returns. The chair must be in like-new condition with all original components included.
