Frequently asked questions

What is Dreams+?

Our free rewards programme. You earn points for orders, reviews, referrals and following us, then spend them on your next chair, desk or accessory. There's no card and no fee.

How do I earn points?

Create an account and you're in. Every order earns 1 point per R1 (more at Executive and Partner). You also earn points for subscribing, following us on social media, leaving a review, adding your birthday, and referring a friend. The full list is under Ways to earn.

How do I spend my points?

Sign in before you check out. Your available rewards show at checkout and you pick the one you want. No codes to copy. Rewards have a minimum order value, shown on each card under Ways to redeem, and can't be combined with other discount codes.

Do I get points for orders I placed before joining?

Yes. When you create an account with the email you used to order, your past orders are added to your balance. If something's missing, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it.

How does Give R400, get R400 work?

Share your referral link from your account. Your friend gets R400 off their first order over R6,000. Once their order is delivered and past the return window, R400 lands in your account as points. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer.

How do the tiers work?

Tiers are based on what you've spent with us. Everyone starts as an Associate. Spend R7,500 and you're an Executive; R20,000 and you're a Partner, with free white-glove assembly on desk orders. Tier status lasts 12 months from the day you reach it.

Do my points expire?

Points last 12 months from the date you earn them. We'll email you before any expire, so you'll have time to use them.

My points haven't shown up. What now?

Points from an order land once it's been delivered, not when you pay. Points for social follows and reviews can take a few minutes. Referral points land after your friend's order is delivered and past the return window. If it's been longer than that, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check.
